ML348是一种选择性和可逆的溶血磷脂酶1（LYPLA1）抑制剂（IC50 = 210 nM），与LYPLA2相比，对LYPLA1的选择性高14倍，对大约30种其他丝氨酸水解酶也具有选择性。
