How to Place Your Order
You may place your order in one of three ways:
You can place your order easily by submitting your order ONLINE using our convenient, inventory controlled, automatic shopping cart system. All you need to do is: Log in/Register on AdooQ website; Add product to shopping cart; Choose your payment method (We accept Credit Cards, Checks, Purchase Orders). Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. It will contain an order number at the top of the email, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies.
You can contact us through email@example.com if you have any question about quotation, shipping time, stock availability, etc. Our customer service will contact you promptly (usually within 1 business day). If you accept the quotation, you can email us to place the order. When to place the order, please contact us referencing Quote No. Once purchase order or credit card information is collected, our customer service will place the order for you and you will receive a confirmation email which will contain an order number at the top of the email, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser.

What happens after I place my order?
We will keep you informed at each stage during the processing of your order.
As soon as your order has been placed it is sent directly to our shipping department for review. If everything is in stock, and we have all the information required to process your order, your order will be processed, meticulously packed and prepared for shipping. You can expect your order to ship within between 1-3 business days (does not include Saturday, Sundays or United States holidays), unless otherwise indicated on the quotation or our website. Once your order has been picked, packed, and shipped, you'll receive an additional email notification with the tracking information for your parcel. If you notice any discrepancies on your order form please contact us immediately.
When you receive your order, open and check your items over carefully. If you notice anything amiss or there are any problems with your order, let us know ASAP so that we can correct any issues you might have.
Terms of payment for Products are net thirty (30) days, unless otherwise specified.
All products supplied by Adooq are available for purchase in bulk quantities or as a custom preparation. You can fill the Bulk Inquiry Form online by clicking the " Bulk Inquiry" button on the product page.
