Discription	Oxaquin (MCB-3837) is a water-soluble, injectable prodrug that is rapidly converted to the active sub-stance MCB3681 in vivo following intravenous (i.v.) administration, active against Gram-positive bacterial species. Oxaquin (MCB-3837) itself has no antimicrobial effects.
