PP1是Src家族酪氨酸激酶的有效抑制剂。抑制p56lck和p59fynT（IC50值分别为5和6 nM）。在ZAP-70和JAK2上显示的选择性> 8000倍。还适度抑制p38，CSK，PDGF受体，RET衍生的癌蛋白，c-Kit和Bcr-Abl。
