Discription	Selinexor trans-isomer is a trans-isomer of Selinexor or KPT-330, which is a CRM1-selective inhibitor of nuclear export. It inhibits protein trafficking from the nucleus and induces cell cycle arrest and apoptosis in mesothelioma cells.
