Teclistamab is a human bispecific antibody that simultaneously targets B cell maturation antigen (BCMA) on malignant plasma cells and CD3 on T cells. By engaging both cell types, Teclistamab induces T cell activation and redirects cytotoxic responses toward BCMA-expressing cells. This bispecific format is widely used in preclinical models of multiple myeloma to study T cell–mediated antitumor activity and immune cell redirection strategies.
