Ticlopidine是一种二磷酸腺苷（ADP）受体抑制剂。它通过阻断ADP受体来改变血小板膜的功能，从而抑制血小板聚集。这防止了糖蛋白IIb/IIIa的构象变化，从而使血小板与血纤蛋白原结合。
