Discription	Trimethadione is an oxazolidinedione anticonvulsant. It is most commonly used to treat epileptic conditions that are resistant to other treatments. Trimethadione (TMO) has the properties required of probe drugs for the evaluation of hepatic drug-oxidizing capacity in humans in vivo.
